Spotted Pony Pr Privacy & Data COMMITMENT

The Redline Rule governs the quality of Spotted Pony PR’s work. Confidentiality and privacy govern everything else.  

The AI research and analysis in the SPOTTED Brand Trust System runs on Claude, developed by Anthropic. I chose it for the same reason I chose to build SPOTTED the way I did — it reasons carefully, acknowledges what it doesn't know, and works best when a human with real judgment is in the loop.

The SPOTTED Brand Trust System uses the Claude API for AI research and analysis only. Data passed through the API for diagnostic purposes is automatically deleted within 7 days and is never used to train Anthropic's AI models — by default, with no exceptions. Anthropic does not retain, store, or have access to client information beyond that window.

Client records, diagnostic results, scores, reports, and any measurement indicators are stored locally within the SPOTTED platform, which runs in Spotted Pony PR's secure local browser environment. This data never passes through Anthropic's servers and remains entirely within the platform. It is used solely for re-evaluation, progress tracking, and client purposes — and can be completely deleted upon request.

No non-public facing information is entered into the SPOTTED Brand Trust System unless the client has provided it directly. Some clients choose to share internal indicators — referral rates, proposal close rates, conversion data — to strengthen measurement tracking within the system. This information is provided voluntarily and used solely to track progress against trust gaps identified in the diagnostic. It is never entered into the AI research or analysis components of the system, never shared with third parties, and can be removed from the system at any time upon request. 

No client information is ever shared with third parties unless agreed upon with the client.
