It's where you share what's not working — the campaigns that aren't converting the way they should, the brand that's present everywhere but resonating nowhere, the visibility metrics that look fine on paper but aren't producing the outcomes leadership is asking for. It's where I hear your goals and determine whether SPOTTED is the right fit for where you are right now.


Not every conversation leads to an engagement. Some clients need something different and I'll say so directly. The ones that do move forward start from a foundation of clarity on both sides — what the work is, what it costs, what it produces, and how we'll know it's working.

The SPOTTED Brand Trust Diagnostic


For organizations ready to understand exactly where brand trust is breaking down — and what to do about it.


The Foundation tier includes a complete SPOTTED Brand Trust System diagnostic across all seven dimensions, a full client-facing Blueprint with prioritized recommendations and a 90-day action plan, and a follow-up assessment to evaluate the impact of changes made. Multi-brand organizations will also receive a Trust Coherence Assessment as part of the Blueprint. No add-ons. No surprises.


Best for small businesses, non-profits, government agencies, independent practitioners, and marketing or PR professionals running a campaign-specific diagnostic.

Growth

The SPOTTED Brand Trust Diagnostic - Annual Contract


For organizations committed to measurable brand trust improvement over time.


The Growth tier delivers a full SPOTTED diagnostic and Blueprint every 90 days for one year, with a Progress Report accompanying each consequential run to show what's working, what isn't, and where the strategy needs to evolve. A Trust Coherence Assessment will be included in each Blueprint for multi-brand organizations. Scope and timeline are defined upfront in a Statement of Work. Invoicing is quarterly — one-quarter of the annual investment after each diagnostic run.


Best for marketing and PR professionals and organizations who need to demonstrate that brand trust work is producing the desired results.

Partner

HITL Brand Trust Retainer


For organizations that want human intelligence in the loop — consistently, not just at diagnostic intervals.


The Partner tier begins with a full SPOTTED Brand Trust System diagnostic and includes quarterly diagnostics throughout the engagement, plus ongoing content and strategy reviews to ensure that what is being produced is aligned with the Blueprint and actively closing the trust gaps identified. 


Post-launch campaign diagnostics can be done to assess what the trust signals revealed after a campaign has run and what to carry forward. Pre-campaign HITL reviews — conducted outside the SPOTTED system to protect proprietary campaign content — are available as part of the engagement scope or added by Change Order.


Scope is defined collaboratively in a Statement of Work. This is the most flexible tier and the most comprehensive — built around what the client actually needs rather than a fixed deliverable set.


Best for marketing directors, communications leads, brand teams, and organizations who need a strategic partner with an external perspective and a systematic approach to brand trust.
